Review the List of Clinics to get a date and the Clinic Id then click here.

To Register in a Clinic:

1. Look at the List of Clinics to see what you want to take.
2. For the date you want, note the Course Id.
3. Then click the Sign Up link and enter your details.
4. The association will send email confirming registration once payment is processed
5. The association will send an email confirming classroom location and provide directions approx 1 week prior to the commencement of the course.
