WMHA AGM: NOTIFICATION OF BOARD NOMINEES
Dear WMHA Member,
Congratulations to all for a great 2015/16 season! Great associations start with great volunteers! WMHA would not be able to run the successful programs it does if it wasn't for all the people who help on teams and also on the administrative side.
This year, we have six (6) board positions available. Come and meet your current board members, and listen to those candidates running for the board. We will be also voting on a few proposed by-law revisions.

Agenda to Include:
- Approval of the minutes of the previous year special general and annual general meeting of the Membership;
- Receiving reports of the activities of the Association during the preceding year;
- Receiving information regarding the planned activities of the Association for the current year;
- Receiving and approving the report of the Auditor of the Association from the previous year and a projected financial position for the current year;
- Appointment of the Auditor for the ensuing year;
- Consideration of any proposed amendments to the By-laws of the Association;
- Election of the new Board; and
- Any related new business.
