Atom AA and Whitby Select 7
This year, the Atom AA team put their combined years of experience to work through a mentorship agreement with the Select 7 Team. The young men on the Atom AA team enjoyed showing the younger boys the ropes on the ice as they participated in a joint practice, where they demonstrated how hard you have to work to achieve success.
They followed this up with an appearance at a game where they supported the boys in the dressing room with inspirational posters, and on the ice as the loudest cheering section the Select 7’s had all year! The Select 7’s will return the favour when they cheer for the Atom AA team at Iroquois Park on March 18th at 5:15PM, when the Wildcats aim to close out the Lakeshore Championship Final series against the Uxbridge Stars.
