Entrance Restrictions:
*Anyone who is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19, tested positive for COVID 19, has had close contact with a confirmed case, and has not yet received a negative COVID Test by the PHU, travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days cannot enter the facility. 
*Upon entry, all spectators and participants are required to wear a mask. 
*Facility Doors will remain closed at all times. 


Prior to play:
·  Teams will be permitted to enter the facility, as a group, no earlier than 10 minutes prior to their designated ice time.
·  Participants should bring a full water bottle.
·  The coach/manager/organizer will assemble the entire team or group and have them enter together, partially dressed.
·  Spectators must be prepared to enter the facility with their team, no in and out privileges will be permitted.

While participating: 
· All sports activities must be conducted in accordance with the rules and policies of the applicable Provincial Sport Organization, including the rules and policies put in place to encourage a safe return to the sport. 
· Players’ benches are available for use during the permitted activity. Participants are asked to physically distance as much as possible when utilizing the benches. 
· All non-participants (e.g. coaches, trainers) are required to wear a mask while on the bench. 
· To avoid physical contact and maintain physical distancing, all participants are asked not to high five, fist bump or handshake, share personal sporting/fitness equipment

Arena Information:
·  Amateur and recreational sports leagues may resume so long as they do not allow prolonged or deliberate physical contact between players or if they have modifications to avoid physical contact between players.
·  OHF Return to Hockey Framework, OWHA, OMHA, Skate Canada and Ringette Ontario - Leagues must contain no more than 50 participants in total. If participants in a league exceed 50, the league may divide into smaller groups of no more than 50. Players are not permitted to play against players outside of their league or group.
·  The total number of Spectators permitted to be in the arena at any one time is limited to the number that can maintain a physical distance of at least two metres from every other person. 

1 - Spectator per participant will be permitted.

·  Groups should look to minimize the number of Spectators where possible and communicate accordingly to all participants in advance.
·  Water fountains and water bottle filling stations will be closed.
·  Change rooms, will be open for use at arenas and sanitized after each permit,
·  Users should physically distance as much as possible when using these amenities.
·  Participants are strongly encouraged to attend the facility ready to play with limited change requirements; as you only have 10 minutes in the arena change space.
·  The Town will post change room capacity limits outside of the change rooms
·  Participants are to properly dispose of any garbage.
·  Participants and Spectators must exit the arena and facility through the designated path or travel exit/entrance points 10 minutes after rental.

Cleaning and Disinfecting Requirements:o All fixed structures, such as benches, will be cleaned after each permit. Available Washroom facilities will be cleaned as per Public Health Guidelines.
