Minor Bantam Selects Start Strong!!
The Minor Bantam Selects have started their season with a very strong effort. With only one game at home by mid December, the Selects have still managed a record of 5-3-1. The highlight of the season to date was the strong showing in Pittsburgh on American Thanksgiving weekend, at the 3 Rivers Cup where the team lost in the Championship final 2-1 to the York Mills Rangers, a full Bantam team. The Selects showed great character and grit by beating another Major Bantam team in the round robin and then putting on a terrific display of hockey against the other Bantams in the Final.
