Minor Atom AAA Pink the Rink
Along with many WMHA teams, our Minor Atom AAA team had the honour to participate in the 'Pink the Rink' initiative for the month of October.
Together our boys raised money and awareness by taking 500 shots each during the month of October while wearing their pink jerseys.
On October 29th, the York-Simcoe Express team joined us in raising funds for Hearth Place in Oshawa with raffles. A special ceremony kicked off the game honouring two very special girls who are battling cancer: Emma and Hayden.
Thank-you to all the players, coaches and families from the Whitby Wildcats and the York-Simcoe Express for supporting a very special cause.
