Hearth Place Fundraiser
The Bantam AAA hockey team participated in
the inside ride and raised $2,645 for Hearth Place programs supporting children
fighting cancer.
Through this event they connected with 6 year old Anabelle who has spent
the last year battling leukemia. She was dressed up as the most adorable
Snow White and when she wasn't riding she was cheering the boys on.
The
team will be dedicating their October 29th game to Anabelle, who will be in
attendance. They will be hosting a 50/50 draw with proceeds going to Hearth
Place. It should be a great game as Anabelle's fighting spirit is
contagious!
