Whitby Strikes Gold in The Nickel City
The Minor Pee Wee A Blue Wildcats had a terrific time over the weekend of October 14th at the Sudbury 80's tournament. The team got off to a great start with a win on Friday afternoon and then headed out to watch the Sudbury Wolves play that evening.
On Saturday their winning streak continued with two more convincing wins against local teams, a fun visit to Science North and a chance to meet Port Credit in the final game on Sunday.
It was an early morning championship game and the team rose to the occasion to take home their first championship banner of the year. Well done!
