Eagles losing skid hits two in 4-0 loss
The
Eagles came out with another solid effort; however, it was the Crushers who skated
to a 4-0 victory.
The Eagles, again, were strong on the puck and carried the play for most of the game but the Crushers goaltender came up with big save after big save to stifle the Eagles’ efforts. The Crushers showed their solid transition game and were able to overcome Nigel S. solid play in goal. The Crushers top snipers each potted a pair of goals going top corner on each goal. “Another tough game for us that does not reflect the positive body of work we put in” said Coach Todd. Christian L. was the player of the game as his puck possession and hustle lead to many scoring chances.
The Eagles try and get back in the win column next Sunday at Iroquois on rink #3 at 9am. Hope to see you there.
