Whitby Minor Atom Blackhawks skate to a draw!
Whitby ON - after a two week layoff your Blackhawks came back fairly strong in a game vs Team 7. Taking a two goal lead into the third the Blackhawks fought hard but the pressure from Team 7 was intense. Goalie C. Edwards kept the Blackhawks in the game throughout making some timely stops. It was a good weekend for the team to shake the rust off and look to come back strong next week. Coach Harry is encouraging players to get out on the driveway and practice shots over the next week and the weather looks to co-operate. Blackhawks return to the ice next Saturday at 715am at McKinney!
