Game 2 - Whitby Plays well, but looses to Pickering
Captain Jacob Wilson led the Minor Atom AA team on September 28 against Pickering. Whitby was down 3 to 2 battling for the tying goal, but Pickering got an empty netter to win the game with a score of 4 to 2. It was nice to see the boys working hard right to the bitter end.
Jacob stated that, as a leader, his job is to get teammates to listen and cooperate with
each other and coaches.
He would do so by setting an example on and off the ice.
