Tournament Champions in Cobourg
The Minor Atom A Blue team completed a clean
sweep in Cobourg at the Regional Silver Stick Tournament last month. They defeated the Nepean Raiders 2-0 in the final
game to take the Championship Banner home to Whitby. The
team played an impressive tournament throughout the round robin and were
outstanding in the semi-final game against the very strong host team from
Cobourg. The players showed their determination to succeed in every game and
have earned their invitation to compete in the International Silver Stick
Tournament in January.
