CRUSHERS Battle with EAGLES in Early Morning Tilt
New positions introduced by CRUSHERS were executed well.
Defensive Specialist Coach CUDDY and Offensive Strategist Coach VALLBACKA executed great shift lengths and preparation for the young CRUSHERS to learn their new roles.
Again, backed by the solid acrobatic play of "Carey" Martin the CRUSHERS began slow out of the gate but finished strong. The EAGLES executed amazing fore-checking and drove the net hard all game. This had the CRUSHERS on their heels.
Great battles on the Neutral Zone walls by SHARLAND, XIAO, and NINO allowed the puck to find CRUSHER sticks. VALLBACKA and RICHARDS displayed great defensive zone play and fed CUDDY and FITZPATRICK to numerous scoring opportunities.
LADAK, the veteran of the defensive core, displayed patience and tenacity, which inspired CHUNG, GEORGE, and STAPLEY.
It was a great game played by both teams. These young players are improving by leaps and bounds.
The Officials commented after to Coach STAPLEY that both teams were amazing to ref as the play was spirited but Fairplay prevailed.
Parents keep inviting the Grandparents, Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and Friends these young Stars love playing in front of lots of Fans.
