Ozzie Stops Many!
Ozzie Fitzpatrick debut is Stellar!

The CRUSHERS', back from their Christmas break, bolted from the gates with authority and displayed accurate passing and phenomenal sportsmanship.
The Coaching staff juggled the line-up and placed star forward Ozzie Fitzpatrick in goal and Hall-of-Fame bound net-minder Martin up front. The move ended up to be effective as Fitzpatrick played like a seasoned tender and Martin accounted for half the points with pinpoint passing.
The cousin Fitzpatrick also played a great game at center and displayed MACH 1 speed during many rushes. Stapley, Sharland, and Richards combined on several rushes and played unselfish offense. Chung and "Monster" Nino were relentless in their forechecking.
Delvecchio had the deke of the game and his first goal since his trade to the CRUSHERS with a nifty move that baffled the opposition.
Coach Cuddy commented on his defensive core by commenting, "those soldiers reminded me of a Holtz led Notre Dame D-line". Team work was displayed when Vallbacka supported and led the offense many times and also double shifted when his partner Ladak was injured. Ladak rebounded from his injury and played a solid game. Cuddy displayed great leadership and rushed the puck with great success and George played the best game of his illustrious career.
The CRUSHERS are hitting outdoor rinks this week and are back in action January 18th.
