REFUND POLICY 

 

Refunds require completion of the refund request form which can found below.

Refunds will be processed monthly and are subject to a $65 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued prior to TBD

Any player who attends representative team tryouts and is not selected to a representative team, who does not intend to play in WMHA House League must apply for their registration refund prior to TBD or no refund will be considered.

Refunds related to injuries/illnesses must be requested online through the website link, and must be submitted within 30-days of the date of the injury. A copy of the doctor’s note must be provided to the WMHA, General Manger ([email protected]before the refund can be issued. 

Representative and House League Refund Structure - U5 to U16

• Request date prior to September 1st - Fee paid less $65 

• Request date September 1st - September 30th - Fess paid less $150

• Request date October 1st to October 31st - Fee paid less $225

U18 & U20 House League Refund Structure 

• Request date September 1st - September 30th - Fess paid less $65

• Request date October 1st to October 31st - Fee paid less $150

 

NOTE: All refunds will follow this structure, regardless of registration date. 

 

No refunds will be granted after October 31st, 2019
