U14 AAA – Bryson Kelloway
Coach Bryson Kelloway brings a modern, development-driven approach to the Whitby Wildcats U14 AAA program, emphasizing preparation, accountability, and high daily standards. He believes players do not rise to the occasion but fall to the level of their preparation, and that strong habits, hockey IQ, and attention to detail are what translate into consistent performance. His philosophy centers on creating an environment where effort, focus, and commitment are non-negotiable, and where players are challenged daily to grow as athletes and people.
A non-parent coach with winning experience, Bryson has led teams to a combined record of 87–10–10 over the past two seasons, including an International Silver Stick Championship and an OMHA Finalist finish. Only a few years removed from playing, he teaches modern systems designed for today’s game while fostering a structured, competitive, and athlete-centered environment. With a strong emphasis on leadership development, mental performance, and clear communication, Bryson is committed to preparing players for the next level, while upholding the standards, values and excellence of the Whitby Wildcats AAA program.
