U12 A Blue – Rick Radovski
In addition to 20+ years as a hockey administrator, volunteer, and on-ice official, Rick has spent the last 8 years coaching in the WMHA at the 2014 and 2012 age groups, most recently as the HC for the U11 (2014) A White team. Rick’s focus is to develop a team and culture that is built on five (5) key pillars: 1) Being a good teammate and person (on and off the ice), 2) Consistently putting in a strong effort, 3) Player development (in-game situational strategic skills) 4) Playing with discipline and a defensive mindset and 5) Having fun and creating a positive environment.
U13 A Blue – Greg Williams
Greg is a Development 1 Certified coach with several years of coaching experience. He is a graduate of the Whitby Minor Hockey system, before playing junior hockey and returning home to play for the Whitby Dunlops. He began coaching as an Assistant coach for Peterborough AAA and then with Whitby Minor Midget AAA. Beginning in 2018 Greg has coached for Whitby at the House League and A level, acting in both the head coach and assistant coach roles. Greg’s focus is have fun and work hard. He will challenge each player to give their complete effort to the team. His goal is to develop players to their full potential both on and off the ice and to be successful within the Whitby Wildcat organization.
