U13 A Blue – Rick Radovski
In addition to 20+ years as a hockey administrator, volunteer, and on-ice official, Rick has spent the last 8 years coaching in the WMHA at the 2014 and 2012 age groups, most recently as the HC for the U11 (2014) A White team. Rick’s focus is to develop a team and culture that is built on five (5) key pillars: 1) Being a good teammate and person (on and off the ice), 2) Consistently putting in a strong effort, 3) Player development (in-game situational strategic skills) 4) Playing with discipline and a defensive mindset and 5) Having fun and creating a positive environment.
U13 A White – Chris DeLuca
Coach Chris brings passion, dedication and a strong foundation of hockey knowledge to the game. A former representative hockey player in his youth, Chris understands what it takes to develop both skill and character at a competitive level. He is committed to creating a positive, team-first environment where players can grow into skilled, confident athletes. His coaching philosophy emphasizes strong fundamentals, Hockey IQ, accountability and structured practices designed to challenge players while building confidence and work ethic. Chris strives to instill a deep love for the game while preparing each athlete to compete and progress to the next stage of their hockey development.
