Matt is a dedicated and effective leader with 10 years of OMHA coaching experience and is D1 Certified. As a coach he creates a positive yet competitive culture on the ice and promotes team community involvement. He truly believes the most important attributes a player can have is a willingness to learn, a hard-working attitude and respect for others. He strives to discover his individual players’ talents and provides them with the additional skills they need to achieve personal growth, team success and ultimately reach the next levels of their hockey careers.
