U18 A Blue – Sean Donaldson
With over 20 years coaching experience, Sean encourages an aggressive puck pursuit game with an emphasis on high-performance special teams. He strives to create hockey players for life by providing equal developmental opportunities for all players, and creating a demanding yet fun environment where teamwork rules and strong character is nurtured. Coach Donaldson uses non parents on his bench staff all of whom have invaluable coaching experiences that enhance the playing atmosphere for his players. Committed to team play, respect for others, and hard work, Coach Donaldson is looking forward to a successful 2026-2027 hockey season.
U18 A White – Dave Rees
Coach Dave Rees brings seven years of coaching experience at the A and AA levels, including six seasons in a Head Coach role, along with extensive experience leading Prospects teams. A former AAA player throughout his minor hockey career, Dave’s passion for the game is rooted in both competition and player development. While he brings a competitive mindset and values preparation, accountability, and structured systems of play, he believes that players perform at their best when they are confident, engaged, and enjoying the game. His coaching approach emphasizes a strong team identity, consistent effort, and respect for the game, with a focus on creating a positive, competitive environment where players can grow as athletes, teammates, and individuals—both on and off the ice.
