Jay Thaler brings a wealth of experience and passion to the U13B program, dedicated to helping players develop their skills, teamwork, and love for the game. Having grown up playing REP hockey in Oshawa and competitive lacrosse in Whitby, he understands the commitment and discipline needed to excel in sports. With over a decade of coaching experience at the REP, house league select, and high school levels, Jay emphasizes skill development, hockey IQ, and a team-first mentality. He creates a positive, structured environment where players can grow both on and off the ice, utilizing modern tools to keep everyone aligned on team goals. Jay is excited for a great season and looks forward to helping each player reach their full potential.
