Midget, 2015-2016, AA (Whitby Minor Hockey)

The next playoff series for the Whitby Midget AA Hockey Team will start on Thursday, February 18th against Pickering.  The following games have been scheduled for this Lakeshore Semi Final series: Thursday, Feb. 18th:    8:30 - 10:30 pm at Don Beer pad 3 Saturday, Feb. 20th:    8:15 - 10:15 pm at McKinney pad 1 Thursday, Feb. 25th:    8:30 - 10:30 pm at Don Beer pad 3 Saturday, Feb. 27th:    8:45 - 10:45 pm at McKinney pad 1 Thursday, Mar.  3rd:    8:30 - 10:30 pm at Don Beer pad 3 Sunday, Mar. 6th:        6:45 -  8:45 pm at Iroquois Park pad 4

Our Midget AA team has finished in 4th place this season in the Lakeshore League.  The team will finish the regular season tomorrow night at McKinney #2 against Clarington, before embarking on the OMHA Preliminary Round against Kingston.  The following dates have been added to the team schedule: Game 1:  Friday, Jan. 29th at 9 pm (Invista - Whig) Game 2:  Saturday, Jan. 30th at 9 pm (IPSC 1) Game 3:  Friday, Feb. 5th at 8:30 pm (Invista - Whig) Game 4:  Saturday, Feb. 6th at 9 pm (IPSC 1) Game 5:  Sunday, Feb. 7th at 4 pm (Invista - Whig) Game 6:  Tuesday, Feb. 9th at 8:45 pm ...

The Midget AA Team will be participating in their third tournament of the season on the weekend of November 20th to 22nd at the Georgina AA Regional Silver Stick tournament.  This is a qualifier for the National Silver Stick Tournament held in January 2016.  Games will be played in Sutton and Keswick, Ontario.  Tournament information can be found at the following web site: http://silverstick.org/Tournaments/1117/Divisions/1306/

The Midget AA Team will be participating in the second tournament of the season on the weekend of Oct. 23rd to 25th.  The Scotiabank Cup is being sponsored by the Mississauga North Stars of the GTHL.  Tournament information can be found at the following web site: http://www.northstarstourney.com/schedules/?09mg
