WMHA Announces New Ombudsman Role

WMHA is pleased to announce an Ombudsman role for the 2018-19 season.  

WMHA is pleased to welcome Sue Robinson in the role of Ombudsman.

The Ombudsman will be the first point of contact for any complaints, concerns and issues within WMHA and work closely with our VP of Risk Management, Scott Ross.

All complaints, concerns and issue are directed by the Ombudsman to the correct personnel within our organziation and dealt with in a timely manner.

The role has been implemented to increase membership satisfaction and ensure efficiency and expediency.
