Novice and Atom Player Pathway: 2020-2021
Last month the OHF released the Novice and Atom Player Pathways. The structure defined in the Player Pathways documents will guide future programming within our Association. Beginning in the 2020-2021 season, all Hockey Canada members will be mandated to follow the Novice and Atom Player Pathways.

The Player Pathways is a progressive learn-to-play development guide that supports the player development from Initiation Programming through to Atom. The Pathways outline optimal seasonal structures and age appropriate development guidelines. WMHA will be working with various stakeholders to implement these changes.
