Board Member Nominations & AGM

WMHA is accepting nominations for the 2020/21 Board of Directors.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to your hockey community! As we navigate through the next few years, there will no doubt be challenging decisions ahead and having a broad representation from our membership will be an essential part of our success.

Your experience as a player, parent, official or coach could hold immense value to our organization. 

We are seeking candidates who are engaged and dedicated. There is a reasonable amount of time required to be actively involved, and although it does vary throughout the year, it is important to ensure this is the right commitment for you.

If you are interested, pease complete the WMHA Board Member Nomination form. All nomination forms must be received on or before September 15th at 7pm

Acknowledgements will be sent to all nominees indicating receipt of the nomination form. If you require additional information please send an email to [email protected] nominations will be posted on the Association’s website prior to the WMHA AGM.






The WMHA Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 20th, 2020. 
 
Agenda to Include:

• Approval of the minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Membership;
• Reports of the activities of the Association during the preceding year;
• Information regarding the planned activities of the Association for the current year;
• Receipt and approval of the report of the Auditor of the Association from the previous year and a projected financial position for the current year;
• Appointment of the Auditor for the ensuing year;
• Consideration of proposed amendments to the By-laws of the Association
• Election of the new Board; and
• Any related new business.
