Welcome Back Wildcats
Submitted By Jane Sedo on Friday, October 16, 2020
Welcome back! Our WMHA House League season starts this weekend and it will definitely look a bit different than traditional hockey.

We understand how valuable physical activity is to our players during these unprecedented times and we are hoping everyone will support our program and the new operational format. Before we hit the ice we have some important information to share with you.

What do I need to know before I come to the rink?

  • You must complete a Health Screening prior to entering the facility
  • You must check-in with your coach prior to entering the facility
  • Players must arrive partially dressed prior to entering the facility
  • You must be at your designated entry door 15 minutes prior to your ice time, if you are late unfortunately you will not be given access to the facility
  • One spectator per participant, no siblings allowed
  • There are no in and out privileges
  • There are designated entrances to each pad of ice, please review the maps to ensure you know where you are going
  • Don't forget your mask!
We encourage you to read all the facility protocols provided by the Town of Whitby.

If your ice time is at Canlan Oshawa please review their facility protocols before going to the rink.

How do I know what time we are on the ice this weekend?

Once you know your team division (Blue, Gold, White) and team number (1,2,3 or 4) navigate to the website to find your schedule. Please watch this short video to see how. Scheduled ice time will be added to the website within the next 24 hours.

What team am I on?

The WMHA Board of Directors House League Committee is responsible for building a program, finding coaches, putting teams together and supporting the operational aspects of their division. If you have not heard from your coach yet please contact your appropriate Director.

Director U10-U11 Matt Evans
Director U12 -U13 Greg Harper

We will continue to share more information over the next couple of weeks.

Thanks for your support.
