WMHA General Information: 2021-2022 Tryouts

Whitby Minor Hockey Association tryouts will begin on September 10th, 2021 and run for approximately four weeks. A full schedule can be found here.

Players should determine the level they want to play at and attend the tryout for the level above while noting the exclusions that are outlined on the schedule.

For example, Player A wants to tryout for AAA and played A in the 2019-20 season.  He or she must attend the first AAA tryout.

A player's level is determined by the roster they played on in the 2019-20 season.

The above details,  apply to out of town players or Whitby residents that played in another centre last year.

We will have further details for tryouts for AE and MD programming in the coming days.

Rep jerseys cannot be worn during tryouts unless players are participating in a blue/white or exhibition game.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your rep director.
