Iroquois Park Concessions and Boston Pizza Update
 
Iroquois Park Concessions open on Friday November 5, 2021
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday 4:00pm-11:00pm
Saturday – Sunday 7:30am -11:00pm
 
Boston Pizza will open on Friday November 12, 2021
Hours of Operation (until further notice):
Friday 4:00pm-11:00pm
Saturday – Sunday 11:00am –11:00pm
 
Concessions at McKinney will remain closed until further notice.
 
Know Before You Go
 
  • All participants of a permit are required to show proof of the successful completion of COVID-19 screening to Town of Whitby staff who will verify the date, time and name of the individual.
 
  • Please utilize the Town’s screening link for your convenience atwww.whitby.ca/selfscreeningahead of your visit. Signage with QR codes are also placed outside of each entrance.
 
  • All patrons 12 years and older must be fully vaccinated. This does not apply to youth 12 to 17 years old who are actively participating in organized sport (training, practices, games and competitions). Proof of ID showing name and age is required.
 
  • Access will be provided to team dressing rooms up to30 minutesprior to the permitted time. This time will allow staff to complete cleaning and disinfecting of the dressing rooms between permits.
  • The front desk is now operational for dressing room keys and inquiries
 
  • For safety reasons participants are not permitted to enter the facility wearing skates or roller skate guards.
 
  • Water bottle filling stations are available.
 
  • Upon entry, all spectators and participants are requiredtowear a mask
 
  • On ice-participants may remove their face covering before entering the ice surface. Masks/face covering must be worn as soon as they leave the ice.
 
  • Showers and dressing rooms are available
 
  • Water bottle filling stations are available for team use.
 
  • Team Warm upsare not permittedin the facilityat this time
 
  • Please physical distance when possible
 
  • We encourage everyone to wash their hands regularly and/or use hand sanitizer

Public Code of Conduct
 
The Town of Whitby expects everyone to:
  • Abide by the Town of Whitby Public Code of Conduct.
  • Be respectful of others using and or working in Town of Whitby facilities and properties.
  • Be respectful of Town of Whitby facilities and properties.
  • The Town of Whitby will not tolerate violence, bullying or vandalism in its programs, facilities or properties and will take appropriate action where necessary to deal with these incidents.
 
Conduct that violates the Public Code of Conduct will result in appropriate action against the person(s) responsible, user group and/or the permit holder. This includes, without limitation, immediate suspension or termination of privileges to use Town facilities and properties. Appropriate disciplinary or legal action may occur. The Public Code of Conduct applies to all users of Town of Whitby facilities, programs and properties including but not limited to residents, visitors, guests, spectators, coaches, parents, volunteers and vendors. It covers structured and unstructured activities.
