A Successful Event - Minor Midget Dress for the Cause
Submitted By Jaclyn Morden on Tuesday, October 28, 2014
Congratulations to the Whitby Wildcats Minor Midget AAA team, the entire coaching staff and incredibly generous and hardworking parent group for hosting "Dress for the Cause" this past Thursday at Iroquois Park.

Our volunteers play a significant role in keeping WMHA among the most successful associations in Canada.  However, success can and should be measured beyond wins and losses and the show of support on Thursday for one of our own, Carrie Perkins, in her fight against breast cancer, provides a clear example of community spirit and the strength that exists inside the WMHA family.

Attached is a gallery of pictures donated by George Poulias and Sports Shot Photography.  Please take a moment to view some of the moments captured from a terrific evening of hockey and fundraising.

 Thanks, George!

Also, let's continue the drive to raise money for cancer research. Every dollar counts!

Once again, thank you to all involved on what truly was a special night.
