Your Opinion Counts! - House League Parent Online Survey NOW OPEN
Submitted By Jaclyn Morden on Saturday, January 16, 2016
Whitby Minor Hockey Association strives to provide the best possible player experience to the roughly 2,000 participants in our house league programs. WMHA has introduced a number of new programs and initiatives to house league this season, including enhanced player and coach development opportunities, and we continue to strive to find ways to further enhance the house league program and to provide as much value as possible to its participants. As a result, we are keenly interested in obtaining as much input as possible about our members’ experiences with the house league program, so that we may identify the elements of the program that are highly valued and the areas in which the program could be improved.

With that in mind, we would invite all parents with children participating in the WMHA house

league program during the 2015-2016 hockey season to complete the below Parent Survey. We would

encourage everyone with kids playing in WMHA house league to complete the survey as your input is

critical to our ability to craft our programs in a manner which best addresses the wants and needs of our

members. We look forward to receiving your input.

Nick Catros

Vice-President of House League

Whitby Minor Hockey Association
