U11 A Blue, 2022-2023, U11 (Whitby Minor Hockey)

Big thanks to all the Whitby Wildcats U11-A Blue team players and families for helping make this year’s food drive donation a huge success. Not only did we surpass last year’s contribution of 247 lbs., but we donated over 420 lbs. of food this year to help support Feed The Need In Durham. The amazing volunteers at the Whitby Masonic Centre met with us this past weekend to collect the donations and fill the truck. The Whitby Wildcats U11-A Blue team voted on local charities to support this Christmas season. The Winner was announced at our team Christmas party last weekend and today we submitted our donation of $850.00 to SickKids. Thank you to all the amazing players and families for your community support and participation. 

The Whitby Wildcats U11-A Blue team participated in The Super Sophia Project, inspiring hope for children and their families who are battling cancer. All 17 players filled Love Boxes™ with toys, crafts, clothes, gift cards etc. that are gifted to children in hospitals all across the GTA, Durham, and up North. Way to go boys!!

The Whitby Wildcats U11-A Blue Team sported PINK STICKS this week in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Way to go team!
