CRUSHERS Face Tough Orange Team
Strong Opponents put CRUSHERS to the test

The CRUSHERS started out strong yesterday however were out played by a strong Orange Team. Martin played a very good game but faced a lot of shots that made it hard for him to stay on his game.
The CRUSHERS defence of Vallbacka, Ladak, Chung, and Cuddy did all they could to stop the offensive threats of the opposition. They worked hard in the corner and in front of the net and held the Orange team numerous times in their own end.
Offensively, the CRUSHERS managed several shots but there were little rebounds to capitalize on. Stapley led the charge with many assaults and made it tough on the Orange teams defence. Sharland and Richards played very positional and gave it their all shift in and shift out. Nino made several rushes and displayed speed and tenacity and was supported greatly by the Fitzpatrick cousins. Both Fitzpatricks displayed their skating skills with rushes and backchecked fiercely. Delvecchio and Xiao combined on several offensive opportunities and Xiao blocked a hard shot that helped his team in the defensive zone. Xiao showed how tough he was by skating to the bench and returning to the line up later. This playoff is proving to be tough for the CRUSHERS but they are still giving it their all and showing all the skills they have developed this year.
GO CRUSHERS.
