Midget, 2016-2017, AA (Whitby Minor Hockey)

The Whitby Midget AA Wildcats won their second tournament of the season this past weekend at the 22nd annual Glen Bellerby Memorial tournament in Barrie. The Wildcats defeated Lakeshore League rivals Ajax Knights, 4-1 in the final to claim the championship. It was definitely worth the drive to Acton and Georgetown for the Whitby Midget AA Wildcats this Thanksgiving weekend.   The Wildcats finished the tournament a perfect 6-0 with a hard fought 3-1 victory over the Hamilton Huskies in the tournament final.
