PeeWee White, 2017-2018, A (Whitby Minor Hockey)

Earlier this year, Treena Terry introduced the Peewee A White team to the Super Sophia Project.  The families of the team contributed to the Super Sophia Project by donating 9 love boxes.  Tonight, we were extremely pleased to invite Sophia to the rink to drop the puck and participate in a TSN/Chevrolet filming of our team in recognition of the community support as part of the Chevrolet Good Deeds Cup.  Greg Messina, Coach of the WMHA Peewee A White Team and Bob McKenzie of TSN, are both pictured with Sophia.

The Peewee A White Team celebrated the Holiday Season at the Hops House. We would like to wish everyone affiliated with Whitby Minor Hockey Association a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Thanks to Hops House, our sponsor, for hosting such a great night!! Ugly Sweaters and all...Merry Christmas!!

Noah Terry, with help from his Mom Treena, delivers 9 Love Boxes prepared by the players from the Whitby Wildcat's Peewee A White Hockey Team.  In pairs, the players worked together to prepare these love boxes.  They will be distributed by the Super Sophia Project to children in Durham and GTA hospitals over Christmas....to add some needed cheer to their day. Thanks to Noah, Treena, and the players and families of the Whitby Wildcat's Peewee A Hockey Team for supporting their community...and giving back to those in need.
