Part A:  SkyZone Indoor Trampoline Park (Please arrive by 330pm)

-   Jumping time:  4 – 530pm

Important Reminders

• All of the attendees need to have a waiver filled out, and signed by their PARENT or LEGAL GUARDIAN  if they are under 18 years of age.  You can submit your waiver electronically by clicking here. 
• Jump time starts at 4:00 PM, but players must arrive 30 minutes early to check-in.
• Everyone must wear Sky Socks on the trampoline.  Sky Socks are included in your package unless otherwise noted.
•  Please note:  Families will need to coordinate rides from SkyZone to St. Louis

Part B:  St. Louis Bar & Grill – approximately 6pm (after SkyZone)

• Dining room has been blocked off for our team
• 10 Broadleaf Ave., Whitby, ON, L1R 0B5
• Meals for the boys and coaches will be covered by the team.
